Our Founder: Brian Unger

Starting the business in California in 2001, Brian Unger (owner and founder), began “Unger Executive Services” for the sole purpose of serving the management, remodeling, and building needs of busy Silicon Valley Executives & Venturing Partners.  Due to the high-profile nature of these executives, Brian’s clients needed to not only trust that the day-to-day operations of the projects were being managed well, but also trust the outcome to be top-notch in every way possible. With this in mind, Brian created the three bedrock principles of Unger Builders: Integrity, Trust, and Quality. These three core values – which are often missing today from builders and remodelers – have been the key to success as Brian relocated and built the company in Tennessee. In addition to being the founder of Unger Builders, Brian is married to Rebecca, his wife of 25 years, and together they have 5 children.
